



BOSTON-BASED UNO'S HIRES EXPERIENCED LAMOTHE TO HEAD UP UNO FOODS
Boston, Mass., June 8, 2011 - Boston-based Uno's welcomes Mark Lamothe to its executive leadership team as president of Uno Foods. Uno Foods is the retail division of Uno's that produces refrigerated and frozen Uno-branded and private-label Deep Dish and Artisan Crust pizzas, entrees and appetizers sold in grocery and club stores, as well as foodservice products sold in airports, movie theatres, hotels, travel plazas, schools and stadiums.
"Mark brings a coach-like attitude to the company. He is a great motivator and goal-setter," said Frank Guidara, chief executive officer. "He has created and launched special brands for past companies, and while doing so has looked at what the consumer needs and wants. That is the exact philosophy that guides all of Uno's."
Mr. Lamothe is an experienced leader with over 20 years of branded package goods experience, serving as president and chief operating officer of High Liner Foods and president of the Mrs. Friday's division of Gorton's Seafood, both leading frozen seafood brands. Mark joins Uno's from Good Harbor Fillet, a leading brand and private-label frozen seafood manufacturer.

Lamothe graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing and received his Master's degree in management from Kellogg University. He currently lives in Beverly, Mass., with his wife, Gail, and has three children.
