Q. Just strange. Why does everything fried on the menu have a shellfish allergy?

A. Currently we have fried shrimp on our menu and since there is a possibility of cross contamination because the same frying oil is being used for all fried menu items, UNO Chicago Grill has labeled all fried menu items as a shellfish allergen.
