Q. What is meant by "multi-grain" and
is it really healthier for you?
A. Multi-grain usually refers to food
products that contain a minimum of two types of grains. In most cases,
the grains are intact (whole) but sometimes not. Read the labels. Multi-grain
products can be an excellent source of dietary fiber, B vitamins, vitamin
E, anti-oxidants, protein, and carbohydrates. UNO Chicago Grill uses
