Ed Soulier holds the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources with Uno Restaurants, LLC , having chief responsibility for the strategic vision that guides the organization's ability to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the chain restaurant industry. His responsibilities encompass more than 5,400 employees in fifteen states and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Soulier was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources in April 2012. He joined Uno Restaurants in October 2005 as Vice President, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll and was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in May 2011. Prior to joining Uno Restaurants he built an eighteen year career in Department Store retailing with May Department Stores Company, the nation's second-largest department store company. During his tenure with May Department Stores Company, he held many positions in the Human Resources discipline, including Director of Employee and Labor Relations and Divisional Vice President, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. His career encompassed the Training, Recruiting, and Compensation and Benefits disciplines, while also serving in an HR generalist capacity as well.
Mr. Soulier maintains a long-standing volunteer leadership relationship with the American Red Cross. In his 15 years of volunteer service, he has served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay, as Chairman of the Human Resources Subcommittee, and he has served as Chairman and member of the West Area Council.
Soulier graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing.
