Summer-fresh salads - Nothing says "summer" like fresh, delicious salads. Uno Chicago Grill has added several new salad choices for diners looking for a taste of the season:

Brimming with ripe strawberries, crisp lettuce, feta cheese and walnuts, the Simply Strawberry Salad bursts with sweet and savory flavors.
- Chicken lovers can opt for the Buffalo Bleu Salad, which combines spicy Buffalo chicken tenders, cheese, plum tomatoes and cool bleu cheese dressing, or the Ranch Chicken Salad. Inspired by the taste of the Southwest, it's made with chopped egg, corn, bacon, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, tortilla strips and chicken tenders.
- In the mood for something Asian? Try the Chicken Lettuce Wraps - lettuce cups overflowing with teriyaki chicken, vegetables and two Asian-inspired sauces. Another new Asian-inspired dish is the Chopstick Salad made with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, rice noodles, veggies and teriyaki vinaigrette.
Deep-dish pizzas with pizzazz - Uno Chicago Grill's world-famous Deep Dish gets an extra dose of delicious-ness in the new Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza (yes, it really DOES taste just like a cheeseburger, complete with pickles, ketchup and mustard) and the returning favorite 'Shroom Pizza, featuring marinated mushrooms, spinach, garlic, mozzarella and Romano cheeses.
Phenomenal flatbreads - For those pizza lovers looking for something lighter, Uno is expanding its line of flatbread pizzas made with a crispy organic crust. Now, Uno offers both unique gourmet choices like Roasted Eggplant, Spinach & Feta or BBQ Chicken, and traditional favorites.
Sensational sips - Following the success of the Pomegranate Margarita, Uno has now created a Pomegranate Mojito, which combines this year's MVP of fruit juice with mint, sugar, lemon juice, light rum and club soda for a tempting taste of the tropics. For cosmo lovers, the new Peach Cosmopolitan adds peach and tropical fruits, peach-flavored vodka and white grapefruit juice for a new take on an old favorite.
