NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN WEBSTER
New Uno to Feature Curbside Delivery, Kids Make Their Own
Pizza and School Partners Program
BOSTON (March 18, 2005) - Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp. announces
the opening of its 31st Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in New York. The
new Uno Chicago Grill is located at the new Towne Center retail complex
off Ridge and Holt Road in Webster. The store will officially open for
business on Monday, March 28th. The hours of operation are 11:00am to
11:00pm on Sunday through Thursday and 11:00am to 1:00pm on Friday and
Saturday.
"We are proud to be part of the Webster community and are excited
to open another Uno Chicago Grill in New York," said Uno President
and Chief Operating Officer Paul MacPhail. "Although our guests
may already know and love our famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza, they'll
be pleased to find items like our popular, juicy steaks on the menu as
well."
The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 6,000 square feet, seats 185 guests
and will open with 140 employees. The restaurant will look and feel like
a newly renovated Chicago warehouse, with Windy City memorabilia decorating
the walls and mahogany trim throughout the bar. In addition to serving
a full menu including their new Kids Make Their Own Pizza, Curbside Delivery
service will be available.
To further involvement and commitment to the Webster community, the
new restaurant will offer Uno's School Partner Program. The program includes
several educational events, like free Pizza Maker Field Trips and fundraising
opportunities for local schools and community organizations.
The new Uno will be run by Managing Partner Dennis Behr, a 3-year Uno
veteran manager who lives with his family in Webster. "Uno Chicago
Grill provides a high quality casual dining experience and offers the
best food around," said Behr. "In addition, we believe that
the convenience of curbside delivery will be big hit with on-the-go Webster-area
guests."
In 2003, the restaurant known for its Chicago Original Deep Dish Pizza™ evolved
its name from Pizzeria Uno to Uno Chicago Grill to reflect the variety
of its menu. Today, Uno Chicago Grill has the same great pizza, but also
offers a complete casual dining menu, including ribs, seafood, juicy

low-carbohydrate alternatives and desserts.
