GRILL OPENS IN VIERA
New Uno to Feature Curbside Delivery, Low-Carb Options
and School Partners Program
BOSTON (November 17, 2004)
- Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp. announces the opening of
its 8th Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in Florida. The new
Uno Chicago Grill is located on Wickham Road at I-95, across
from the Brevard Zoo. The store will officially open for
business on Monday, November 22nd. The hours of operation
are Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 11pm, and Friday
and Saturday from 11am until midnight.
"We are proud to be part of the Melbourne community
and are excited to open another Uno Chicago Grill in Florida,"
said Uno President and Chief Operating Officer Paul MacPhail.
"Although our guests may already know and love our
famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza, they'll be pleased
to find items like our Grilled Shrimp and Sirloin and Lemon
Basil Salmon on the menu as well."
The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 6400 square feet,
seats 215 guests and will open with 120 employees. The restaurant
will look and feel like an old Chicago warehouse, with Windy
City memorabilia decorating the walls and mahogany trim
throughout the bar. There is also a beautiful outdoor patio
overlooking the Viera Fountain. In addition to serving a
full menu including low-carbohydrate options, curbside delivery
service will be available.
To further involvement and commitment to the Melbourne
community, the new restaurant will offer Uno's School Partner
Program. The program includes several educational events,
like free Pizza Maker Field Trips and fundraising opportunities
for local schools and community organizations.
The new Uno will be run by General Manager Dennis Kolsch,
from the well-known Kolsch family of restauranteurs. "We
believe the variety of the Uno Chicago Grill menu, our warm
service and upbeat atmosphere will be a big hit with Viera-area
guests." says Kolsch. "In addition, we believe

to Uno Chicago Grill to reflect the variety of its menu.
