Uno Chicago Grill is located at 3905 Commerce Boulevard.
The store will officially open for business on Monday, September

daily until 1:30 a.m.
“We are proud to be part of the Dickson City community
and are excited to open another Uno Chicago Grill in Pennsylvania,”
said Uno President and Chief Operating Officer Paul MacPhail.
“Although our guests may already know and love our
famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza, they’ll be pleased
to find items like our Chicken Spinoccoli and Lemon Basil
Salmon on the menu as well.”
The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 5,900 square feet,
seats 224 guests and will open with 165 employees. The restaurant
will look and feel like an old Chicago warehouse, with Windy
City memorabilia decorating the walls and mahogany trim
throughout the bar. In addition to serving a full menu including
new low-carbohydrate options, curbside delivery take-out
service will be available.
To enhance their commitment to the Dickson City community,
the new restaurant will offer Uno’s School Partner
Program. The program includes several educational events,
like free Pizza Maker Parties and fundraising opportunities
for local schools and community organizations.
The new Uno will be run by General Manager Joe Kenney.
“We believe that the variety of the Uno Chicago Grill
menu, including the new low-carbohydrate items and the Kids
Make Their Own Pizza option, will be a big hit with Dickson
City-area guests,” said Joe Kenney. “In addition,
we believe that the convenience of curbside delivery will
also be popular.” The restaurant partners are John
Metz, Paul (Chip) Siegel and Frank Bevevino of Uno Management,
LLC, licensed franchisee of Uno Restaurants since 1981.
The franchise group is operated by Tom Hannigan and Chris
Siegel. The group owns and operates Uno Chicago Grill locations
in Philadelphia, Conshohocken-Plymouth Meeting and Wilkes
Barre, Pennsylvania.
In 2003, the restaurant known for its Chicago Original
Deep Dish Pizza™ evolved its name from Pizzeria Uno
to Uno Chicago Grill to reflect the variety of its menu.
Today, Uno Chicago Grill has the same great pizza, but also
offers a complete casual dining menu, including ribs, seafood,
juicy burgers and steaks, innovative pasta dishes, scrumptious
appetizers, low-carbohydrate alternatives and desserts.
The company continues to earn accolades from industry and
business publications. In 2003, Uno Chicago Grill was named
by Entrepreneur Magazine as
the #1 franchise opportunity in their category. The company
also was selected by Franchise Times
as one of the top 20 companies to watch in 2003.
Based in Boston, Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp. currently
has a system of more than 200 company-owned and franchise
full service units. Uno Chicago Grill restaurants are located
in 33 states, Puerto Rico, South Korea and the United Arab
Emirates. The company also operates a consumer foods division,
