NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN DAYTON

Opening Marks Eleventh Uno Restaurant Ohio

Boston, Mass., (November 24, 2003) – Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., known for Chicago’s Original Deep Dish Pizza™, announces the opening of its eleventh Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in Ohio. The new Uno Chicago Grill is located at 9496 Dayton Lebanon Road (State Route 48), just south of the Spring Valley Pike. The store officially opened for business on Sunday, November 23. The hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

“We are proud to be part of the Dayton community and are excited to open another Uno Chicago Grill in Ohio,” said Uno President and Chief Operating Officer Paul MacPhail. “We continue to add innovative, high-quality items to our grill menu, and our Dayton customers know and love our famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza.”

The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 6,600 square feet and will open with 130 employees. The restaurant seats 150 guests and is owned and operated by Bob and Jan Williams of the Williams Food Groups. Joe Kiley, who has been with the Williams Food Groups for six years, will lead as General Manager.

“We’re very excited to open a third Uno Chicago Grill in Dayton. Our Dayton customers already know and love our shrimp, steak and pasta dishes in addition to our famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Uno Chicago Grill has the best food around,” said Bob Williams.

Uno Chicago Grill offers a complete casual dining menu, including ribs, seafood, juicy burgers and steaks, innovative pasta dishes, scrumptious appetizers and desserts, as well as its signature Chicago Original Deep Dish Pizza™ available in a variety of fresh fillings.
