NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN VIRGINIA BEACH

Opening Marks the Fourteenth Uno Restaurant in Virginia

Boston, Mass., (November 13, 2003) – Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., known for Chicago’s Original Deep Dish Pizza™, announces the opening of its fourteenth Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in Virginia. The new Uno Chicago Grill is located at 1005 Lynnhaven Mall Loop, directly behind the new AMC 18 Theater. The store will officially open for business on Friday, November 14. The hours of operation are Sunday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 6,000 square feet and will open with 115 employees. The restaurant seats 182 guests with additional seating on the two seasonal outdoor patios. The restaurant will be run by General Manager Dennis Bock. Dennis has been in the restaurant business for 30 years and has been with Uno for three.

“We’re glad to be a part of the new 175-store development at the Lynnhaven Mall and are very excited to offer a variety of shrimp, steak and pasta dishes in addition to our famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza.
