NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN TEAYS VALLEY , WV
Opening Marks the Third Uno's Restaurant in the State
Boston , Mass. , (October 24, 2003)
– Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., known for Chicago's
Original Deep Dish Pizza™, announces the opening of
its third Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in West Virginia.
The newest Uno Chicago Grill is located at 4170 Route 34
directly off of Interstate 64 between Charleston and Huntington
. The store will officially open for business on Monday,
October 27. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday
11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

and are excited to open another location in West Virginia
,” said Uno President and Chief Operating Officer
Paul MacPhail. “We continue to add innovative, high-quality
items to our grill menu, and of course, Teays Valley customers
know and love our famous deep dish pizza.”
The newly built Uno Chicago Grill is 9,100 square feet
and will open with 120 employees. The restaurant seats 380
guests and will have a private banquet room that can accommodate
an additional 70. The banquet room will be equipped with
microphones, a podium, projector screens and Internet capabilities.
In addition, the restaurant will have a year-round climate
controlled outdoor patio and will host live music four nights
a week with karaoke every Tuesday night.
The restaurant is owned and operated by Steve Neu, David
Saul and Bruce Pauley. “Uno has the best food around

Uno to the residents of Teays Valley ,” said Steve
Neu. The three owners also operate the Charleston and Clarksburg
Uno Chicago Grill offers a complete casual dining menu,

available in a variety of fresh fillings.
