NEW UNO CHICAGO GRILL OPENS IN METHUEN, MASSACHUSETTS

Marks Thirty-Second Uno Restaurant in the State
BOSTON, (June 26, 2003) – Uno Restaurant Holdings
Corp., known for Chicago’s Original Deep Dish Pizza™,
announces the opening of its first Uno Chicago Grill restaurant
in Methuen. The restaurant is located at 552 Broadway (Rt.
28) Methuen, near the New Hampshire border. The store officially
opens for business on Thursday, June 26. The hours of operation
are 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.
The newly-built, 6000-square foot location will seat 195
guests. Rene Lachapelle, Managing Partner for Uno Chicago
Grill, will oversee the Methuen location that will employ
approximately 130 employees.
