Roger L. Zingle
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Roger, a 35-year veteran of the restaurant and hospitality business, has responsibility for the Operations and Franchise departments at Uno and the over 200 restaurants operated and franchised by the company.


Roger's restaurant experience includes the role of Vice President of Operations for T.G.I. Friday's in the 1980's when they were known as the "Best in Class" of casual dining. Roger left Friday's to assume the expanded role of COO of SportService Corporation, a contract foodservice company best known for its stadium concessions, gourmet catering and retail operations. For the last ten years, Roger has resided in Michigan, where his two children completed their middle and high school education. In that time span he was President and CEO of the C.A. Muer Corporation, an upscale seafood restaurant company now owned by Landry's Restaurants, Inc. and most recently, President and COO of O'Charley's of Michigan, the first franchisee of O'Charley's, Inc.

Roger graduated from the University of Virginia. Roger resides in the Boston area with is wife Shari. He has two children, Max and Madeline, who are attending college.
