In addition, during his career, Rick has created and
developed a host of full and quick casual concepts that
have taken advantage of prevailing lifestyle trends. In 1999, Rick created Remarkable Branding and Hospitality
Performance Inc. and spent seven years as a consultant for
the restaurant and hospitality industries. Rick joined the
Uno team on a full-time basis in 2006, implementing
“Method Marketing,” a comprehensive approach that combines
the mechanics and art of communication with the power of
relationship-marketing.
