Before joining Uno, Gatto held the position of Executive Chef in various restaurants, hotels, and private clubs throughout the Boston area. He has over thirty years experience in the food service industry.
He is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation and a member of both the Research Chefs Association and the International Corporate Chefs Association.
Gatto is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a Master of Arts degree in Teaching/Food service. He also holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Food Marketing.
