Fox joined Uno in 1988 as Vice President of Purchasing. Moving up the ranks, Fox served as Senior Vice President of Purchasing & Development and was promoted to his current position in November 1999.

Fox is also President of Uno Foods, Inc., the division of URHC that provides frozen and refrigerated private label and Uno branded products to airlines, supermarkets, schools and other nontraditional accounts.

Before joining Uno, Fox was an owner and partner at Worcester Quality Foods, Inc., a wholesale food service distributor, where he was responsible for all Purchasing and Sales to many of the national accounts the firm serviced.

Fox has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and food service industries. He is a graduate of Brown University, where he earned his a Bachelor of Arts degree. He resides in Westboro, Massachusetts with his wife and 2 daughters.
